Silentium stands for an instant of stillness - that precious moment when the world turns a little more slowly and you can relax with a fine glass of red wine. Silentium is given plenty of time to reach perfect maturity: the wine rests for an extended period in barrique in the Silent Cellar where it is able to develop its full potential undisturbed. Enjoy it with a nice meal or indeed on its own!
